Suggested Use: Assess your tolerance one capsule at a time. For best results take 1 to 3 capsules 45-60 minutes prior to endurance event, cardiovascular activity, MMA event or weightlifting. If stomach sensitivity occurs, reduce dosage or take with food. Reduce dosage when taking with other cordyceps containing products. Smaller athletes should use a reduced dosage.
