Ready-to-Drink (RTD) Product Claims Policy

To ensure prompt resolution of product claims, all submissions must include photographic documentation. Claims will not be processed without clear images of the shipping container, shipping label, and all received contents including packaging materials. These photos allow us to properly investigate each case and determine the appropriate resolution path.

Claims must be submitted with your order number and complete set of required photos within 72 hours. Photos should clearly show the exterior packaging condition, any visible damage, batch codes if applicable, and all interior contents including protective materials. This documentation helps identify shipping damage, verify missing items, and validate product condition concerns.

Our claims team will review complete submissions within 24 business hours. Claims submitted without proper documentation will be closed until required photos are provided. This policy ensures fair and efficient processing of all claims while maintaining quality control standards. All claim materials are stored securely by order number to track patterns and improve our shipping processes.
