     When will my order be shipped?
    Orders placed before 5pm EDT SHIP the SAME DAY! unless otherwise noted. Orders placed before 12 noon EDT on Saturdays will also ship same day via USPS in most cases. Fed-Ex only operates Monday - Friday so any orders placed on Saturday for shipping via Fed-Ex will not be picked up until Monday. Certain items may take up to 1-2 business days to ship and you will be advised as such before completing the checkout process.

     Why is the checkout asking me for a login and password?
    If you have made an order before on the Web site, then we will remember your shipping and billing information. You need the login and password to access this profile. The login is always your E-mail address, and the password you chose when you make your first order. If you do not have a login and password, then simply fill out the information blanks at Step 1 of Checkout and continue with the order.

     I forgot my password, how can I find out what it is?
    If you have forgotten the password to your customer profile, go to the Client Login page, enter your E-mail address in the blank, click the box below, and we will E-mail it to you.

     What's my tracking number?
    Once your order is processed and shipped you will receive an automated email from ProLine Sports Nutrition stating your order is complete and will include shipping information, carrier and tracking number(s).

     How can I check on the status of my Order?
    Login to your account to view your Order History and select the appropriate order date.

     How do I ship to an International address and how much will it cost?
    ProLine Sports Nutrition ships to most countries. The cost and shipping times vary depending on the weight of the package, where it is being shipped, and what shipping option you choose. If you wish to receive a shipping estimate before order, please E-mail CustomerService@ProLineSportsNutrition.com , and let them know the items you are ordering and where you would like the package shipped.

     How do I locate a specific item?
    Enter any keyword into the product search box on the right menu bar and click discover.

     How do I know if an item is in stock?
    When you place an item into your shopping cart, if it is out of stock, a notification will be displayed letting you know the item has been adjusted in your shopping cart because the item is out of stock. You will then have the option of ordering another item. We do not backorder items.

     How do I know that my transaction is secure?
    When you check out, all of your ordering information that you submit to us is secure, using VeriSign Secured and SSL Encrypted Technology. You can see this by checking out the bottom left hand corner of your browser. You will see a complete key if you use Netscape or a locked padlock in Explorer. If you have any questions regarding the security of your information, please contact our Webmanager.

     Can I change or cancel an order after it's been submitted?
    Orders are processed continuously shortly after you submit them to us. Because we attempt to expedite all shipments as quickly as possible, changes or cancels to orders once submitted may not always be possible.      How do I Price Match a product on the Web?

     Do I qualify for free shipping?
    Free Shipping offers apply to the following: United States, Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands, Hawaii, Alaska, and Guam.

     Why are there shipping charges when I have items that ship free in my cart?
    Many of our products ship free however, some do not. If you have an item in your cart that allows for free shipping and one that does not there may be a shipping charge involved due to several factors that may include but are not limited to weight/size and competitor price matching. Please CONTACT Customer Service for additional questions related to shipment and cost of certain items.

     Do you ship orders on Saturdays or the weekend? YES!
    While very rare for an e-tailer to ship on the weekends, we do! Forgot to place your order on Friday? Not to worry. Orders placed before 12 Noon EDT on Saturdays will ship the same day. Our weekend shipping service ensures that your order will be waiting for you first thing Monday* This is a free service for our customers and applies only to packges destined for USPS sort facilities. Fed-Ex only operates Monday - Friday. Orders placed on Saturday shipping via Fed-Ex MAY arrive at a Fed-Ex sort facility, but MAY not be processed until Monday morning (varies based on shipping region).
